1 nov 2008, aku msuk kje pukul 3..aku pn msuk la kje.. aku msuk2 je, bru aku nak cek kunci apartment, Ketue Jabatan(en. Rosdi) suruh aku jage towel kt pool la sbb pak cik Awi(recreation) ade tele-match..jage punye jage punye jage, ade budak lemas la...ape lg..terus je ayah die lari selamatkan anak die..aku pn terpinga-pinga..ayah die marah aku..bengang aku..bukan ape, salah die jugak yg die ltak budak tu dlm kolam dewasa kenape..tak lame lepas tu die datang kt aku sembang-sembang..ape lg, aku pn explain la..yela..cmne aku nak msuk kolam dg pakai sluar slack dgn baju kemeja..mengarot ke ape..pastu akhirnye die mintk maaf kt aku sbb memang salah die..huhu

1. No Breakfast

2. Overeating

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in

3. Smoking

4. High Sugar consumption

5. Air Pollution

accelerate the death of brain cells.


7. Head covered while sleeping

damaging effects.
